I think I'm well documented on my love and respect for Khaiim (#TheRapOet), he can be credited for creating and nurturing the first space I felt safe to perform in. My desire to create "incubators of talent" were spawned from seeing what #TapasFam did for myself and many others. The good news is he continues that work nationally, creating spaces for artists to thrive and reach diverse audiences.
