Homemade bánh canh, tapioca noodles ?!
This was my first try on this. Had to start from the store bought flour. Got troubles when making it into noodle shape. I had nothing to flatten it down so I just pinched it into weird shapes.
Still tasted good, at least to me.
I love tapioca noodles a lot. The first time I ate it was when I lived in Ha Dong, which is far away from where I am now. Don't know if I ever go back there.
