This should be my sixth tapmusic collage of the year, but on actually going back to check I think I forgot to post one for May. (A month in which I listened to Deafcult's self-titled album and iwrestledabearonce's Late For Nothing and Broken Social Scene's You Forgot It In People and I can't really remember what else.)
Anyway. Was a very good month for listening to old post-rock albums, somewhat less good month for listening to anything new (though I like the new Static Dress album and the Pupil Slicer album from last year was new to me). Remember being unimpressed by the self-titled Purity Ring album last year, but I guess it's growing on me.
Also, last.fm tells me that as of (sometime near the end of) this month I've listened to more music in the first half of 2026 than I did all last year. So that's something.
