[Review]Royal Treatment by Tara Wyatt
“Royal Treatment” by Tara Wyatt is a great, super steamy standalone bodyguard romance.
It tells the story of Princess Audrey of Clervaux and Callum Macleod her personal bodyguard.
I have a particular soft spot for bodyguard romances, I just love love love the premise and Ms Wyatt’s book is no exception!
Audrey is semi-sheltered but a kind and beautiful virgin heroine and Callum is her newly assigned Scottish bodyguard.
Tara writes an amazing romance between the two as Callum fights his growing attraction for Audrey and the fine line the two dance. Ultimately they come together in some of the steamiest scenes, and boy does Callum’s delightful accent help!
There’s a scene where he has to zip up her dress- I mean is that not just catnip to every freakin romance reader?!
I am pretty sure this was the first Tara Wyatt book I had read- but you can bet I have already set to buying the rest of her backlist!! The book itself is a pretty short read I found, but a good bodyguard romance none the less!
