Zayd Ibn Khalid رضي الله عنه said, "Nobody is more foolish than a rich person who feels secure from poverty, and a poor man who despairs of richness."

Note: Zayd Ibn Khalid Al Juhanni Al Madani رضي الله عنه was a Sahabi who witnessed Al Hudaybiyya. He is also the companion that narrated the hadith on Miswak: "Were it not hard on my ummah, I would order them to use the tooth-stick at the time of every prayer." [Sunan Abu-Dawud, 1:47]
