My first purchase of 2016. Speaking of which, I will need to begin shortlisting books to read.

Spark Joy: An Illustrated Master Class on the Art of Organizing and Tidying Up by Marie Kondo

Cost: S$23.06, Book depository.

I made a small error - my first purchases of the year were actually these two knitted cushions from Cotton On x Mark Tuckey.

Cost: Round cushion: S$30 ; Rectangle cushion: S$20

But these were purchased in advance for my new place and will be sitting in its plastic wraps till we move in. So it doesn't count does it? ;)
