this is kind of not a question about the dallas but i really need to know the answer.. Im planning on goin to the Houston convention and I went to order online. I dont have a debit card or nothin but I went and bought a visa card and i put 140 on there. I was dumb and didnt read about the shipping part so i was like 7 dollars short. The email went through but I know they are gonna end up sayin no. do they allow split transactions? .. :(
Usually if there's something wrong with the transaction - like card declines, insufficient funds, etc - they'll send you an 'Order Declined' email. I don't know about splitting transactions or stuff like that. If you don't have enough on your card, the order won't go through and you'll have to order again when you have enough.
