conclusion:
trip was athletic, kady was wealthy, peter was smart. while i believe it is entirely possible that something was just missed, i also believe it’s possible that the three planned a getaway, so to speak. their family lives and statuses will have to be looked into more. i do not believe they engaged in identity theft, as that would be difficult to plan together, but i don’t believe there were any supernatural occurrences. if something happened, i believe it was of their own doing. they weren’t found with evidence of death or kidnapping because they kidnapped themselves. more questions will need answers to further prove or disprove this wonky hypothesis. ruling: not supernatural, but worthy of investigation.
