i d k if its been asked but who are dante and sh6

sorry if its been answered just couldnt find it anywhere, and assumed they were canon squads but i cant find anything of them

All good Anon! SH6 or Safe House Company Squad Six and Task Force Dante are not canon squads. They are Original Character Squads. Task Force Dante belongs to @skylordgrey and SH6 belongs to me. Timeline wise, Both possibly got their starts possibly a little before mw2's favorite murder men, 141.

TF-Dante was started by Captain Daniel "Moose" Wilson and hIs second in command, James "Lumberjack" Lane. They fill a similar role to 141 but possibly not as well known nor widespread. TF-Dante is a seven man squad, consisting of:

Isaiah "Soot" Kaiden

Joseph "Ferret" Payne

Mike "Peregrine" Green

Callum "Fish" King

SH6 is a little more tricky as they are a chunk of a much larger whole. Squad Six is run by Captain Jake "Bes" O'Neil and his second in command, Michael "Merc" Nowak." The squad is specialized for medical and emergency evac. Imagine an ambulance crew but a higher risk of learning more weird shit than learning of the human body (Thank you charcoal). Especially considering that SHC operates more with supernatural shit. They are contracted to TF-141 and TF-Dante. SH6 is a four man squad consisting of:

Michael "Merc" Nowak

Taylor "Fen" Cousland

Avery "Storm" Scott

I decided to read the Storm Au after reading the others (Love them!) and had a few questions!

So I'm assuming Moose is someone elses oc (from what I saw in asks).

How did Storm and Moose meet?

What's their relationship? (I'm assuming Moose is pretty Fatherly?)

Any other relationships with other OCs in the Storm AU?

Where can I read more about everyone? Storm, Moose, etc etc???

As for how storm and moose met, well I kinda haven’t narrowed it down really. The only real concrete ideas I have in the arsenal is that

A.) storm is not a member of TF-Dante (moose’s taskforce)

B.) they meet after Storm left the 141.

Other than that it’s very much a toss up. I like the idea of storm pulling some stupid stunt that would have absolutely flown in 141, but working as the new guy with Dante it doesn’t quite land right. Or moose noticing this reckless dumbass of a his Evac team and Storm proceeds to take a bullet for him on day one. Or maybe laswell rolled up to Dante and went “you’re getting a medic.” And kinda just left storm there to fend for themselves.

Moose’s and Storm’s relationship is absolutely pseudo parental. Moose looked at this short raging midwestern medic and went “is anyone gonna adopt that?” And did not wait for an answer.

Other relationships with oc. Other relationships, hmmm. Well there’s the rest of the squad that storm leaves 141 for. There’s the crossovers with squad 8 and the zombie squad. Also Storm’s squad has absolutely expanded to cover most if not all of the Safe House Companies medical needs. From battlefield medics and evac crews like Storm’s group, to specialized safe house operators. There’s the rest on Taskforce Dante! Moose’s second in command, lumberjack probably finds Storm a bit fucking weird and a bit crazy. There’s Moose’s actual adopted kid, ferret, who also looked at storm and went “this is my sibling now.” They have a pretty stable relationship with the sniper on 141 that ended up replacing them, hurricane. Hurricane maybe coming in hearing stories of this midwestern dumbass that preceded them. There’s also a former shadow medic that ends up on 141 as an extra pair of hands by the name of Cotton. Cotton probably also heard stories but also possibly worked directly with storm. There’s a connection between moose and Cotton that you can absolutely ask @skylordgrey about :3

As for where you can read more, I think everything is kinda limited to tumblr and toyhouse. I’ve been trying to compendium and rewrite things to put it up on ao3 but I’m all aboard the struggle bus.
