I both hate and love when my students challenge my expertise. It's annoying sometimes (especially when we're crunched for time) but it really makes me think about and know my material!

Stories of a Graduate Student TA

Yesterday I subbed for another TA I work with and was told by her students that they like my way of doing things better, because they feel like they better understand the material.

Of course, the way she and I do things really isn't all that different, but it still made me happy to know that I'm making a difference in these undergrads' educations.
