Ingredients: 4 salmon fillets. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley. 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. Salt and pepper to taste. Lemon wedges for serving.
Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Put bread crumbs, parsley, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Mix them together. On a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper, put the salmon fillets. Put a little of the breadcrumb mixture on top of each salmon fillet and gently press it down to stick. Preheat the oven to 400F. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the breadcrumbs are golden brown and the salmon is cooked all the way through. Warm it up and serve it with lemon wedges.
