These turkey burgers are loaded with flavor from the creamy Gorgonzola cheese and the zesty chili garlic slaw. A perfect combination of savory and spicy.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground turkey. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup finely chopped onion. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley. 1 egg. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 burger buns. 1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese. 1 cup shredded cabbage. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons sour cream. 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce. 1 teaspoon lemon juice. 1 teaspoon honey. Vegetable oil for grilling.
Instructions: Ground turkey, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl. Combine well. Take the mixture and shape it into 4 burger patties. Warm up your grill or pan on the stove by setting it on medium-high heat. Use vegetable oil to clean. The turkey patties should be grilled for five to six minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked and the middle is no longer pink. Each patty should have Gorgonzola cheese on top in the last minute of cooking. Cover the pan and let the cheese melt. To make the slaw, put the chopped cabbage, mayonnaise, sour cream, chili garlic sauce, lemon juice, and honey in a different bowl. Put the burger buns on the grill and toast them for one minute, or until they get a little brown. In order to make your burgers, put a turkey patty on each bun and top with a lot of chili garlic slaw. Enjoy while hot!
