“You have to tell me who did this to you!”
Bakugou stared at the bandaged hand held in his own, his lower lip caught between his teeth, listening to the sound of the quiet beeping coming from the monitor at the opposite bedside. He couldn’t stand the sight of seeing Kirishima lying in a hospital hurt and unconscious.
He had been the first to find out about it, the first to come rushing to Kirishima’s side, and the first to not want to leave his side. All of their friends had stopped by to see him, each of them leaving a small gift and hoping he got better. He closed his eyes tight, pushing back the urge to cry.
If Kirishima were to wake up he didn’t want to be caught crying at his bedside, but how could he not? The doctors had said there was a possibility that he wouldn’t wake up, that he might end up like this for months up until they had to cut off the life support.
Every thought of losing Kirishima made him tighten his grip on the hand he had a hold of, tears already running down his cheeks and his fears of losing the person he loved so dearly making him worry that the doctors were right.
He had been informed that Kirishima had been in a fight, a fight that nearly cost him his life and all Bakugou wanted was for him to wake up and tell him who did it so he could go out there and find them. How had the fight been this bad? Bad enough that they feared he wouldn’t wake up?
He brought his other hand up to his face to wipe away his tears, turning to look at Kirishima, moving his chair closer to reach out and grab the hospital gown Kirishima wore, hands shaking as he stared down at the redhead.
“Kirishima..you have to wake up..you have to..”
Bakugou sat back in his seat holding tight to the hand of his boyfriend, his shoulders shaking with quiet sobs. “You have to..you have to so you can tell me who did this to you!”
