if you do something he doesn't like, he'll go get someone to follow him back to you and will bark until you admit what you did and are scolded by the person he tattled to. it's all very dramatic.

common offenses include: leaving to run errands, not giving him a treat he feels he deserves, telling him "no", accidentally bonking into him (he's a shih tzu, so he's small and often in the way), not taking him for a walk, not catering to his every whim
