The downside to getting a tattoo is after day 4, all it does is itch. You’re not supposed to scratch, so here I am, 2 o’clock in the fucking morning, slappin’ the shit outa my side to make it stop.

I've had tattoos on my arms for over a year and still to this day I get startled by them cause I think there is a bug on me

I havent actually gotten a photo of her healed up. She is going to be 6 this year. I am a little concerned about how fuzzed she is. I know after the fact my artist wasnt the most amazing but you think she will last or you think she will turn into a big black blob? @insane_roman your signature was on there but...well... #tattoo #tattooproblems #firsttattoo #art #inked #wolf #blackandwhite #tribal
So people keep asking about my "M" tattoo on my knuckle and they ask me if they should get knuckle/finger tattoos... If you have to ask, the answer will always be NO. Tattoos are a permanent body change and it's really not wise to take them lightly. Try your best to have an excellent reason for getting one. My reason was to recognize my marriage(I still have people tell me that wasn't a good enough reason lol!) Finger/knuckle tattoos can be notoriously difficult to heal and retain pigment. They are in a "high traffic" area that experiences skin cell turnover/exfoliation at a much faster rate than most other places on the body. It usually takes 2, 3 or even more sessions to get a knuckle tattoo fully colored in, and the risk of excessive scabbing, peeling and tattoo failure is much higher. It is possible to have attractive, well done knuckle and finger tattoos, with some effort and an experienced tattoist. Don't ever go to an apprentice or other less experienced tattooist for finger/knuckle tattoos...I'm not trying to hate on them, I'm just being honest with how difficult these tattoos are. The pictures were found on a tattoo forum. The person went to an apprentice and it is obvious that the skin has been overworked resulting in the undesired scarification. #fingertattoos #knuckletattoo #tattoo #tattooproblems #hearttattoo #keepingitreal
