Catch yourself when judging others, circumstances, objects or yourself. The lack based feeling of judgment will show you where you stand to whatever you want. That’s a good thing - it means you can use it to change the subject. How about you pick the exact opposite of that lack filled perspective? How does that feel like? If anything that you perceive brings out strong negative emotions, it must mean that your perspective is very, very far from what you actually want. You just judged reality, either consciously or unconsciously. It will reinforce whatever you had a strong emotion against, for you just judged reality and gave it a negative charge. Take that feedback, learn from it, and find different perspective about that situation. Find SOMETHING good about it and stay there. Then find the next thing, and then next! That negative emotion you just had will soon transform into something more positive. And with that transformation - different beliefs, thoughts, and perspectives.
