If you bring forth what is within you, what you bring forth will save you. If you do not bring forth what is within you, what you do not bring forth will destroy you. What is it, we should bring forth? It's the spark of divine light itself. And what does that mean? If you "bring forth" the divine spark of God, that is always within you, and you surrender everything to Gods' unity. You acknowledge that this world is just an illusion and death is not possible. And by doing so, you become Christ himself. Enlightened, as others may say. And you shine like the real son of God. Has it not been said, "Ye are Gods..?" If you don't bring your true nature to shine, everything stays as it is. Nothing changes. And you will be born and reborn. Big trap, Big Trap… and I stepped into it…

In a conversation with my wife, the phrase “enjoying spirituality” came up. And we agreed somehow both, that we DO enjoy Spirituality. Reading all these books, listen to recorded seminars, watching spiritual content on Youtube. Ahh… It lifts our spirits.

It’s so lovely to hear about stories of enlightenment or listen to a beloved guru speak about the ultimate truth of true Love… and God… and Heaven…😇

AAAAAAAAAANNNNNNDDDDD: Caught in the Trap.

To name it: Spirituality is not there to be enjoyed!!!!! Genuine Spirituality shocks you, arouses you, it pulls the rug from under your feet. A single sentence from a wise man forces you out of your comfort zone. It leaves you confused, maybe angry, maybe depressed upon the vast distance you perceive between you and your teacher. (So much still needs to be done on my way).

But were the severe teachers in school not the best? Didn’t we learn the most of them? We see hundreds of posts on social media with beautiful pictures and brilliant spiritual quotes from all mystics of all ages. And we often comment, by giving a “Like” or a “Heart.” And we add: “Well said!”, or “This is a timeless truth.” But what it really means??? For us? For our progress?

Pick one of these nice Posts, read the quote, go to your meditation-pillow and try to get the full range of this post. You may find more there than expected. You even might find an experience that changes your whole life.

Post this, not the “Like” or the “Heart.” And see how many people you help by doing this… (besides yourself).

The unbound Self. A powerful phrase. Have you ever met someone with an “unbound Self?” Hardly. But they exist. In every culture, in every nation in every religion and beyond. They are our only hope of salvation because they prove it. They are the living example of what life is meant to be. They challenge us through their existence to try ourselves to “unbound” us… Step by step, consciously, willingly and most important steadily. The Unbound teach us, that every bondage is self-inflicted. We chose to be un-free. And why? Because we were always told how small we are, and that we are unable to make a difference. Not a difference in the world. This is unimportant. But a difference in our thinking or better: non-thinking. Thoughts are bondage too! Our belief in our frail body: bondage. Our belief in this universe: bondage. The Eternal Now The eternal Now is a concept - or better a reality, that our ego cannot grasp at all. The ego lives only in the past and tries to convince us of future events, created from past experiences.
But the past is gone. If part of it is still with us, then only because we hold it tight.
Are we afraid of losing something important? Are we afraid, we cannot live without our past?
Many of us think, that the past has made us to what we are now. That’s somehow true. But only those past events and teachings we wanted to accept became our “pattern of being“ - our belief system of what we seem to be. We are neither of this.
To stick to the past is one of the reasons, why we are unhappy. We remember, we were unhappy then and we have ideas how to do it better. We were also happy at times, but repetition does often lead to different outcomes. We have to be new - every second.
We have to be innocent - with each new breath.
We have to be curious - no matter how used we are to a situation.
And we can be positive. Because the past is gone, the future but imagined.
Be here now - and laugh!

“No one saves us but ourselves. No one can and no one may. We ourselves must walk the path.” - Buddha -

How often have we prayed for help? How often has desperation held it’s grip upon us? How safe do we feel in the knowledge, that Jesus will save us?

Buddhas quote destroys all our hopes of deliverance from someone else - from outside. With this saying, he kills religions and beliefs with one strife of his sharp mind. But he is correct.

We were given the power of free will, we were deluded by the ego, that life on earth can be happy, we are lost, if we don’t take the responsibility in our own hands. AND: we were not only deluded by the ego, but we also agreed to let it do this. Like an evil spider, it trapped us by giving us candy. And now we are in its cobweb and are unaware of it.

But the ego is an invention by us. We gave it power, and it gave us arguments. We gave it trust, and it gave us a body and an unhappy life. Life can never be happy here on planet earth.

So let’s walk the path out of this misery by refusing the sweet and persuasive voice of the ego and forgiving ourselves what we have allowed. Start with yourself. “Who are you really?” - “What was my true nature before I was born?”

Hey, how spiritual are you really? Going to church every Sunday? Doing daily meditations? Donating to charity on a regular basis? Isn’t this enough?

Well, it depends. The most important thing is that you keep your goal in mind. And for most of us, it is just to live a better life, be happy more often, see a purpose in all of this.

But honestly, this is not enough. Jesus once said: “Seek ye first the Kingdom…”, and this is true for all kinds of spirituality and religions. This statement is one of the most important teachings he gave us because it means, that nothing is important at all - but “the kingdom” (the enlightenment, the awakening, the Nirwana, you name it…).

You know that story from the Zen-Tradition, where the Master pushes the head of his student underwater, saying, that his wish for enlightenment has to be as big, as his desire for oxygen.

And be assured, you haven’t reached the kingdom just by taking refuge to Jesus. “The Kingdom is spread all over the earth, but people don’t see it.” So seeing the Kingdom has to be an eyeopener. It’s a vast experience, a life-changing event.

And people don’t see it, because, they always look at each other, and mostly on themselves. So turn your head towards heaven, and seek. “Seek, and you will find…”. 24/7.

Never aks, why is there suffering on planet earth. It has nothing to do with God. Our brains are not made for an answer to this. Although our ego insists on it. Ask your heart, why does God „tolerate“ or „look away“ from all the suffering.

What answer might you get? It might surprise you!

If you shut-up all your monkey-ego-brain: the answer is silence!

But within this silence lies a deep peace and love, a Love beyond understanding. Try to truly and wholeheartedly surrender to that Love, the Father gives to His Child.

And you might get a glimpse of the Lesson, that this Peace, Silence and Love has to teach. It teaches nothing else, but Peace, Silence and Love, but there is nothing else to learn. In this deep understanding of His Gifts, we see, there is only God.

And I AM.

What if you had no thoughts about any situation? Not in the way to become ignorant. But by discovering your true nature, you also discover, that you are indestructible. Nothing can harm you at all. Worry is unnecessary. You are joy, you are happiness, you are bliss… and so is everything else. Well, it’s not that difficult! You just have to give up your belief in the fact, that matter is actually matter. Try to believe instead, that everything is energy, fluid, changing. Try to believe instead, that you are also as powerful as the old yogi was. Try to believe instead, that you are far bigger than you could imagine, and a small handprint like this is no big deal. Oh, how universal is the mind of Master Rumi. So deep, so beautiful, so poetic. Through his enlightenment he saw, that there is only one place where change is necessary and possible: within us. But we are still too clever and try to change the world. Today, millions of Americans are called to vote. And we all would agree, that this is the duty of a good citizen. But what would Rumi do? Would he vote for a political party? The answer is easy: He would not. The wise man turned away from the mirage that we call world. And by doing the necessary change within, he found abundance, eternity, truth, happiness and the unconditional Love of God.
