Tauriel took Sigrid’s sleeve and pulled it back to reveal a medium-sized gash, bleeding slightly, but nothing major. “That is good, that you are not seriously injured. Are both of your siblings unharmed as well?”

Sigrid nodded, “Yes, they are both safe and unharmed,” she confirmed, making a little face of distaste at the gash on her arm.  “My father sent us inside the Great Hall for the worst of the fighting.”
