'ello, long time no see, my apologies for that. remember last work when i mentioned i haven't got the balls to write about characters that aren't mine? well, i'm working on that. there probably is heavy mischaracteriation, so yeh, sorry.

•Travis already had yandere-ish traits from the begginig, they only needed one perfect vessel to be depositated into. Unfotunatly, said vessel was you.

•He already saw you as something pure amongst the pile of rubbish that was New York City, however, this perception became more intense the more time he spent with you.

•You see, the thing with you was the fact that you weren't running.

•Which was not expected, after he slowly started to express his beliefs and overall hatred for contemporary society. When he turned around after monologing about how "a rain should clean up the streets", after taking you on a date at the porn cinema as if that was the most romantic thing any creature could do, and you were still by his side.

•He knew in that moment he couldn't let you leave.

•There's one ounce of self awareness in that cranium of his still, sometimes he wonders if there was something off limits for the both of you, and if there was, what could it be?

•Following you every day to whenever you went? Purposefully shooing away creeps full of filth that dared to breath the same air as you? The photos of you he kept on his cab's visor?

•Would the second bed he started to set up besides his be your sign to never look back?

•If it is, worry not. That's just a silly project of his to keep his mind busy when he cannot reach for you because you need some rest after a shitty day. If there's one thing Travis Bickle values, is rest, since most of the time he can't get it himself.

•That's exactly what makes you so precious, when he's around you, is the closest thing to sleep he has gotten in months.

•And that's also why he likes to see you sleep, only when there's no lousy neighboors that would make an escandal at the sight of not the sanest looking man staring at with what could be confused as a murderous gaze.

•They couldn't be more wrong, he wasn't staring with the intention to take the light of your eyes. he was staring like a man in love. At the least the closest thing his heart could feel to that concept.

•Despite the previously mentioned bed, he has no plan to kidnap you yet, even if the idea seems the most tempting every day that passes. There's nothing better than knowing exactly where you are, safe, with him.

•Ironically enough, this need to protect you has brought some good changes in his life. Anyone would've thought it was to keep a better appearence in front of you, and they wouldn't be exactly drawing the wrong conclusions.

•He started eating healthier, working out, even tidying his five square meters of a place. All of this, however, was only to protect you more efficiently, to be a bigger obstacle between the corrupt world out there and your innocent self.

•Sometimes he likes to brag about those changes, even if deep down he knew they were only done for your sake. The second you turned your back to him, he would retreat to his old habits like a wounded animal.

•Though, it's not like you can do that either ways, Travis still fears that day might come. The fantasies of just taking you once and for all just become unbearable at one point, and he wants to give himself a kick on the face.

•Of course the only good thing in his life had to turn into a haunting need to control and nurse, he didn't mind the control and nursing, he minded that it was staining those glorious moments by your side with opressive fear.

•Kidnap is still off the table, he's still afraid to show you the depths of his mind to full extent. But, if he was honest with himself,

•He didn't know how long it would be until he stops caring and takes you, wrether the world likes it or not

•Because the world doesn't matter, Travis has been rooting for it's downfall anyways. Only whatever you both had, only how you made him feel, only your brightnesss.

•Only you.
