Odorizzi's absence isn't expected to last long, and he is tentatively scheduled to throw a bullpen session towards the end of the Twins' first series of the regular season. The big surprise is OF Aaron Whitefield, who might only be an option for pinch-running and defensive replacements in the outfield. The scheduled starters for the first three games are José Berríos, Rich Hill & Kenta Maeda.
