You've been a part (an amazing part btw) of my life since I was 12 years old. Now I'm 22 (feeling happy, free, confused and lonely) and I'm sure that this love for you will never ever stop!
I grew up with you and your songs. I saw you writing lyrics for a boy that was in love with another girl, a friendship that didn't work out and a man you truly loved but broke your heart. Even though I didn't go through these moments at the same time you did, every time something happened to me I knew I'd find confort and peace in your music. Thank you for that, thank you for being more than my favorite artist, but a true friend.
When we're young we just want to be like the people we admire the most, and nowadays it's really hard to find good people to look up to, to be inspired and to be proud of. I'm so grateful that I found you 10 years ago and you're still this person for me, someone I admire, I look up to and I'm proud of.
