I am always searching for the next great product. I am proud to present to you all ... TazaRay, by Dalton Distillery. They contacted me to explore potentials in working together. Initially, I couldn't see anything new or exciting, but then they taught me there is a significant difference because each spirit is made from sunflower seeds, and aged in wine barrels. What results is a highly unique flavor profile that I am finding to be perfect for cooking, grilling, and preparing my authentic drinks. In this shot, I heated the TazaRay Red, and brewed a French pressed espresso. I will let it cool down over the next four and a half hours then refrigerate it for 12 hours. It will be the perfect apéritif following dinner tomorrow night. What's on the menu 45-day dry aged NY Strips bathed in TazaRay White for 36-hours then dusted with my smoked espresso, maras pepper, and Persian Blue salt.
