It had been a long time since Vienna and her sister had had any kind of discernable conversation. It wasn't for lack of trying. The two of them had a difficult time... Clicking. Vee had always suspected that it had more to do with the number of years without any contact, and the shades of resentment that had built up between them. For a long time, the woman didn't even know how to contact her sister, aside from making her way down to her shop and speaking to her face to face. But that was too much at once. She couldn't handle the idea. Vee had her phone number now. Actually— she'd had it for quite a while. Having never built up the courage to use it, the blonde had started to give consideration to a number of things since she'd experienced some semblance of the end of the world. The zombie invasion and a number of dead had her swallowing her pride rather quickly. A relatively slow night at work had her sitting atop the bar with her phone out, teeth working her lesser lip mindlessly as her thumb hovered over the send button. Before long, she'd screwed her eyes shut and sent the text off- well on it's way to Violette. Vienna: It's Vee. Can we meet somewhere soon?
