   Joanne couldn't help his excitement -- having won a claw machine for once in what felt like his entire life (albeit, a short-lived one) he wanted to display his prize to someone. But he also had no need for it, and would likely try to give it away. So he's opted to approaching someone with the plush toy and offering it out eagerly, in hopes they would take it and free up his hands. It wasn't particularly easy for him to communicate with his hands full.
