It's almost frightening how easily I've fallen back into the athelnar fandom after so many years, and how much I am utterly in love with George Blagden again.

I think it's because I wasn't ready to give them up in the first place, I wasn't ready to say goodbye, Athelstans death destroyed me, I only watched a few more episodes on until I had to stop, my heart physically ached along with Ragnar's, and so many people on here stopped watching as well that the fandom pretty much disappeared over night.

Now 9 years later and pushing that pain away I've fallen in love all over again as if I never left in the first place.

I wish all my peeps from all those years ago were still around on tumblr, 90% of them have gone 😥, but reliving all those glory days by reblogging everything athelnar and George related from a decade ago from my own tumblr has been such fun ❤❤❤

Athelnar was always the best fandom.

And the kinkiest.

But then George and Travis were to blame for 100% of that. TBLAG!!

I love them.
