you know... for someone who grew up with really no genuine comfort, remilia is one of the best people to go to for it. if you don't want to be touched, that's okay. she'll sit with you, listening intently with eyes empty of judgment. if you don't want to speak, that's okay! she will sit in silence with you or tell you stories to fill the void, if wanted. want to be touched? she's pulling you to rest your head in the crook of her neck, one hand cradling your head & the other tracing up-&-down your back. little gentle shushes, quiet coos, murmurs of how everything will be okay because she promises to make it so .......... & she never forgets a promise. <3

the way i have these titled "before the horrors" in amelia's folder

𝒽𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘰𝘯. remilia's most-used weapons for close combat by her third verse / dragonborn dlc! she usually prefers to utilize the shadows & her sneak / light-footed skills but if needed, she can hold her own for enough time to slip back into the shadows & re-strategize / heal / buy time. they're twin daggers (not really twins, but made from the same steel) handcrafted especially for her, & she keeps them sheathed behind her back (attached around her hips) so they can be pulled out quickly. one is made with an opal tear droplet gemstone, while the other is made with a dragonblood jasper gemstone. <- learned to dual-wield from some of the reachmen she met when crossing the border into skyrim & also from brynjolf! she also has various light (but sharp) daggers that can be thrown! (carries at least six of them; three attached to her left inner thigh & three attached to her right inner thigh) that she uses during long-range combat (or semi-close combat, if she can still throw freely). <- learned from sapphire & rune in the thieves guild! images under the cut.
