50/365: FORTY FREAKIN' TWO! Conquered my first marathon and my fear. I decided to join @tbrdream because I wanted to prove to myself that I can do anything as long as I put my mind in to it. I didn't have a time goal, my goal was to simply finish it and survive it within the cut-off time. I almost didn't push through with the marathon because I was undertrained and had leg pains. But my TBR friends pushed me, that the training I already did would go to waste. So I decided to do it. I cried during the run because there was too much pain. I wasn't exactly tired, it was the pain in my feet and legs that I was worried about. But I'm happy my sister @danezamudio paced me through the second half, pushing me and helping me through the struggle. I cried again when I saw my mom and brother waiting for me by the last 2KM, cheering me on. I knew I couldn't stop because my family was there supporting me and I didn't want to be a quitter. Crossing the finish line, with almost an hour to spare was both amazing and surreal. My loved ones waiting at the finish line, as I conquered the toughest thing I've ever done in my life, was best feeling ever. Thank you to everyone who pushed and supported me. I wouldn't have had the courage to do this if you didn't believe in me. I am amazed with everyone who did this on a regular basis. It's not easy. But nothing worth having is easy.
