“Maybe that’s why iPhones never recognize my face as a face.”
Dinah is watching her from the corner of her eyes. She’s taking time to answer, her eyes on her the whole time, slightly squinting with a wince tracing her lips. “That would explain the lack of wrinkle on this area,” she gestures around her own mouth by way of explanation. “Does it hurt when you try ?” Now she was just messing with the other, perfectly knowing she’d take it with a glare back at the blonde. Shrugging back at Lara, Dinah crossed the distance between them, feeling the other tense, even leaning back when the shorter Canary rose her arms towards her. “Chill, I’m not gonna hurt you.” Pressing her fingerprints against pale skin, she pulls on the corners of the archeologist’s lips slowly into some kind of forced smile. Awkward smile, but still. Dinah mirrors hers from ear to ear, && silently leaves her smile plastered on her features.
“Do. not. move.”
Pulling out her phone, she quickly unlocks it to tap on the snap.chat application, placing it before her eyes, tongue stuck out for concentration. “Hell yeah !” Jubilant chuckle, she snaps a quick picture of her friend, before showing her the perfect shot of her with some Won.der Wo.man filter. “Look, just proved that you can indeed smile.”
