ofc ofc! TCoME is the acronym for my (very slow) work-in-progress fic, The Corner of My Eye :D
It’s going to be a mostly Kel-centric fic where after Mari’s death, Kel finds out that he can sense ghosts, and subsequently tries to learned to cope with everything while having the sister who died last month at his side. No one knows he can see her besides Mari and Kel — not that anyone would believe him, anyways.
Let the shenanigans and angst ensue :>
In the TCOME AU I imagine Kel would have to deal with so much swooning from Mari about Hero, especially when he first got his ears pierced

i just felt it would be really interesting!! cause like we know Kel managed to cope better than everyone else with Mari’s death, and with what he says about Mari not wanting this for her friends, like… what if he did know? What if he knew Mari was there, watching her friends fall apart, and he knows how upset it made her?
Not that anyone would believe him, but it doesn’t change the fact that she’s still around for him. And that’s both a blessing and a curse.
