Ariadne was getting back home after yet another long shift in the clinic. She prefered to do so on foot, due to all the hours her job required for her to sit on a chair. She hadn’t thought one day would come that she’d regret said decision. Out of the blue, as she was walking on the pavement, she felt a violent push that threw her forward as a man snatched her bag from her arm and started running for his life. “Shit!” she exclaimed, freezing for a second before she pushed off her heels, took them in her hand and started chasing the thief. “Get back here! Give me my purse!”
