Florence & The Coffee Machine Part 4: Tea Fogs
Final installment coffeeshop drinks inspired by Florence & the Machine songs! All credit to Jenna Woiden & Komox Grind in Comox Valley, Canada. I have never been there, so I tried my hand at replicating them. This is my first introduction to tea fogs. A tea fog is essentially strongly brewed tea with steamed milk and is probably my new favorite thing.
South London Forever - A London fog with cherry and lavender. I don't know what to say about any of these except that it was a whole new world of amazingness. I love tea already but this was a new level of delicious complexity. Listen here.
Witch Witch - A peppermint tea fog with creme de menthe and chocolate milano. Like a much lighter hot chocolate and just so lovely. Listen here.
