Grain-free Baked Goods...Uhm Yes Please!!!

Food allergies and sensitivities affect millions of Americans. One of the biggest bummers is for us sweet tooth lovers who are restricted from treats that are made with gluten and grain. Thankfully bromatology (the science of food) is inspiring chefs and bakers to come up with delicious and healthy food formulas, making both customers and their digestive and immune systems happy. 

Most recently, we discovered NYC based Tea & Jam. Co-founded by Tiyana Works, Tea & Jam specialize in grain-free baked goods which they like to call misfits; not quite a cupcake and not quite a muffin. But I tell you, these misfits are delicious! They had us at "banana & maple with your choice of whipped coconut milk topping and assorted confetti - candied bacon, cinnamon sea salt coconut".
