So I came home from teaching my last class with a cake, cupcakes and cookies all baked by one of my students just to say thank you.... this job might not be the one that pays the bills, but it's because of the moments of kindness like this that remind me I must be doing something right after all, and I will be doing it for as long as it makes my students happy! 😉 Already can't wait to see them again in September! #teacher #teaching #teachingart #artlife #artistlife #teachingpainting #teacherslife

That perpetual art inside VS the world outside thing... The stuff in #FullyAwake by #TeachingPainting presented works by 10 current teachers of art alongside alongside a work by someone who taught them and someone they taught. It's open at 6 on Friday too for #ComeFindUs along @coloursmayvary etc and an opening at @serf and the beauty is, you get to experience the wonder of the #goldenhour on the walk to and from! So there need not be an either/or 😄 as much as I might pine for outside when I'm at shows (at Blip blip blip)
