I'm finally trying to complete undertale and Holy crap mettatons fight is intense

I knooooow my first time playing he was actually the first fight that really gave me trouble (somehow I managed to win Undyne’s battle without dying?). I died I think? 4 times? which still isn’t anything compared to how much I died to Asgore (about 15, legit) but still. Mettaton is not a pushover.

Could you explain what misophonia is?

Misophonia is hatred of sound. Specifically, it’s a condition where particular sounds cause someone to feel rage. Usually the sounds are chewing and breathing, but ticking clocks can also be a problem; they’re generally repetitive sounds that shouldn’t be a threat because they’re so quiet.

To my knowledge, there is no proven way to treat misophonia, though anti-anxiety meds can help a bit. I think they’re also still trying to figure out exactly why it happens. If they can figure that out, hopefully that will help them develop a useful treatment.
