The amount of men on the internet so genuinely arguing that women’s sports doesn’t deserve equal pay is actually horrifying. I understand the supply and demand problem but the rhetoric these men are spreading makes it so clear that they believe the unequal interest in women’s sports comes from some biological inferiority and not blatant sexism. The w is a beautiful representation of strong, ambitious, hardworking, intelligent, united women that have created (and are constantly working to make better) an inclusive and diverse culture and they deserve respectful conversations, if not, reparations. The TikTok comments from sexiest guys pretending they don’t disgust me.
