what she means: Ichigo should have been court martialed after the Battle of the Gran Crevasse She was aware that Hiro and Zero Two can pilot and work together and would have a better out come if she would allowed Zero Two see Hiro in the hospital. Since Ichigo was so jealous of Hiro and Zero Two relationship, she banned Zero Two from seeing Hiro and kicked her out of Squad 13. Plus she made sure that Hiro didn’t join the mission. Ichigo’s jealousy was the reason why the Papa’s almost lost the Battle of the Gran Crevasse, a ton of Franxx pilots where killed, and an entire plantation was destroyed.
