Idk what kind of headaches you're having or how you feel abt taking prescription meds; but if you're getting really intense ones like migraines or w/e there are migraine/headache preventative medications out there!! Or, alternatively, there are ones for the onset of a headache/migraine like fioricet, imitrex, maxalt, etc. I've been a chronic migraine sufferer like my whole life, and both kinds of those meds have been a godsend. I hope you find something that helps!!! 💜

i usually take excedrin for these but i dont have any right now so i popped a bunch of advil ujfhhgv
