Week 1 - Session 1

So... after having to delay starting the programme due to training in London, I have managed to clock up my first session and nabbed 6 new cheevos in the process (it would have been 7 but I hadn't enabled Facebook sharing!) I knew I was unfit so I was quite surprised at how well I coped in keeping up... it was hardly a medal winning performance and I had to cut one or two of the drills short but overall I worked my wobbly lil' ass off and feel pretty darn good for it too :D I'm aiming to do a workout session 3 times a week with some quick workouts and challenges inbetween sessions - wish me luck!!!
