So, i'm basically the Captain of Team Always Hungry! Who else plays for this team 🙋🏽? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ There's nothing wrong with a burrito bowl or chips and guacamole 🥑 ! You don't have to cut them out of your life to reach your goals. However, depending on what you're working towards home cooked, nutrient dense meals will likely be: A. Cheaper B. Keep you satiated in a calorie deficit or while trying to lose fat C. Provide you with more balanced macros (vs. minimal protein with tons of carbs and fat) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Left: 🔸1 cooked apple with cinnamon, Greek yogurt and collagen 🔸Protein Pancakes with raspberry puree and peanut butter 🔸Black bean, corn, tomatoes, zucchini, bell peppers with homemade dressing, avocado + grilled chicken 🔸Homemade vegetable soup with baked chicken meatballs 🔸Zoodles with dry aged beef, pasatta and parmesan 🔸Homemade oatmeal cookies (I ate one while taking the picture, oops!) + tea ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Right: 🔸Burrito bowl with: chicken, white rice, black beans, fajita vegetables, roasted chili corn salsa, sour cream, cheese, guacamole, romaine 🔸chips + more guacamole (because guac is life) Skip the chips and guac and save 770 calories! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The left side is fantastic if you're #TeamAlwaysHungry while the right side is great if you're team hard gainer. If you're me there's room for both of these in your life because, balance 😁 and gainz! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Which do you pick? (at Vancouver, British Columbia)
