Injuries are not a recommended weight loss plan but it’s highly effective. Initial weigh-in at the hospital post injury was 274.7lbs. My previous weigh-in was 7/15 at 269.8lbs. At 248lbs, I’m currently at my lowest since COVID hit. As soon as I can be weight bearing, I need to continue this trend. I need to get back into the gym & work what I can while keeping my diet clean. I can’t keep racing if I’m going to weight above 250lbs. I realize this recovery will take time but by making sure that I don’t rapidly increase my caloric intake, I can slowly work this weight closer to my 210lbs goal. I feel like I can be much more competitive at a lower weight & increased strength. A special thanks to those that have reached out & have pushed me to recovery. I can do this but you guys make it easier. #TeamAME #USABMX #HurdlesCantStopMe #InjuriesCantStopMe (at Las Vegas, Nevada) https://www.instagram.com/p/ChY6AUru4xW/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
