That sluggish feeling when you are going through high-carb rehab isn’t fun. 😂 I have so much energy and when it’s gone it’s gone. I’m managing the demands on my body but I don’t want an energy drink to produce non-healthy results for me that could be harmful in the long run. This pops into my water bottle like and Alka-seltzer tab and has vitamins, minerals, and flavor. Energy without the cardiac arrest! That’s a win if I’ve ever heard of one.
