Exercising my mind before I hit the gym. It's leg day damn it.
Split Jerks
Did my first WOD today. Solo at the gym. First time i attempted Split Jerks. Only put up 85# but I wanted to learn the movement. 21 reps divided into 7 sets. Followed it up with 40 pushups/40sitsups/40pullups as fast as I could. First a hipster bike and now crossfit. Fuck I am stepping into some douchy territory.
