I'm totally Team Hank, but it was shitty of him to make Sarah feel bad about going to Africa. It would have been a great opportunity for her, even if the trip was motivated by that Doctor-I-don't-like. He should have let her know that his "advice" had a lot of feelings for her included so she could take this into account when deciding wether to go or not. I just keep thinking if he told her about his feelings in the last scene she would be right in being mad and calling him selfish. He made her believe she shouldn't go because it meant putting her boyfriend first when Hank actually thinks she shouldn't go because she should stay with him.
