Stoked surfer reports: this just in >> “Ok ok. Took the new board out for its first session !!! Todd this is such a special board to ride !! It’s like nothing else I’ve gotten from you. Just glides thru the waves without any effort. Picks up speed the whole way down the line. Sets up every turn, bottom turn - off the lip than speeds back up. Awesome. Best part for me is how it gets you thru sections of the wave without slowing down. You can take it out on the flats and circle around a section and it just glides thru and fires down the line once you pull back up onto the face. Amazing how the board just glides over the wave but is fully engaged. Even the paddle out the board just seems to glide over the water. Best when surfed a bit off the peak. Let the board start to glide than up and go. For sure head high maybe a bit bigger is the max the board will handle. Surfed it in some peaky head high plus waves today. Seemed to get loose when taking off deep and with a wave that was overhead. Just awesome.
