1st place Medium class at the @aroundtheopa gala! I did not take the overall but that's ok. It's been a long year of prep. Sean and I have completely changed my physique. Can you believe that last year I did bikini!?!haha this just goes to show what a year of hard work and dedication can get you! 2016 has been great and I'm glad to close it off with a win! Although I didn't get the pass to nationals...watch out I'm coming for you soon! Just gotta kill it at provincials! Lots of people to thank! I will get to that tomorrow. And I also want to share with you my plans going forward...how to stay lean in your off season. Lots of people suffer from post show rebound but I have goals and fitness is my not just a hobby for me... it's my life. And it is such a blessing I will never take for granted. I have no interest in "gaining a few pounds." My health and my business are more important than crap food. I'll get to more on that tomorrow! Because yes I'm going to take some time off (your body needs rest). But a break doesn't mean my fitness and health will suffer. Because it definitely does not have to!
