Of course, we love all the ships in the Lunar Chronicles, but Scarlet and Wolf hold a special place in our hearts. Not only is Scarlet fierce and smart, but she's brave, she's cunning, and has a passionate heart. And Wolf loves her absolutely. He's protective of her, but he also treats her as his female Alpha, his equal. Even when Wolf was permanently disfigured, Scarlet didn't leave him. Their bond could not and cannot be broken. Books...books...and books😍😍. However much work we have, we will never stop reading them, will we??? Well, this month I am busy too but reading is more important than anything in this world😁😁🙈. QOTD: what are you reading this month??? AOTD: I am trying some different genres and also starting a The Wereworld Series recommended by my bookworm mom (Actually she just bought the 4th book in this series from a book fair for me and now I am buying all the other parts to complete the series😂😂). So to keep myself reading even during work and college, I decided to participate in a readathon. So I am participating in The Lunar Chronicles Readathon hosted by thee wonderful bookstagrammers, @the.fantasy.library and @thebookaholicreacts and will be reading as Team Scarlet and the books that I have selected for the given prompts are: ~For the Red Cover Prompt: The Henna Artist by Alka Joshi. ~Featuring A Werewolf: Rise Of The Wolf by Curtis Jobling (Wereworld Series, #1). ~Book Set In France: The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown. ~Featuring A Badass Female: Blood Runs Cold by Alex Barclay. ~Book Featured in the Readathon: Instant Karma by Marissa Meyer. So these are the books that I will be reading this month. I am dying to try each of these lovely books and I can definitely tell you that this month is going to be awesome. I am especially excited for Blood Runs Cold and The Henna Artist as these are the 2 books that have been praised by everyone and got me super excited. So that's it, everyone. Hey Lunartics! On this 6th day of #TeamScarlet week, we're sharing with you a moment or two that have us all the feels! The first one isn't a sweet moment between one of the lovebirds, but a more heartwrenching moment, and that's when poor little Peony dies from letumosis in Cinder's arms. It was a turning point in the story and it tore our heart inside out, and that's why that moment from the first book gave us all the feels. Another moment, more centered on Scarlet and Wolf, was when Scarlet was captured and Wolf, in his agony, howled in grief. We swear we could imagine hearing his pain away that moment!
