My question is why didn't the rune bottle against Bo worked? Who doesn't Bo trust or love? Did Tamsin maybe wanted to give up and die? Maybe added one of her hairs? Bo clearly never fully trusted her? Since Tamsin is feeling scared and didn't really want to betray her, maybe it was easier if Bo killed her. Or could it be that Bo is having her “Love” feelings confused since she found out about Dyson having his love back. What if she has been developing feelings for Tamsin? I hope she falls in love with Tamsin and have hot fae sex! Lol
