Sitting here in my office, my phone buzzes and so like the typical person I look to see what it is. It's a Facebook notification letting me know I have 'memories of this day'. Most are photos I have posted on this date over the last 5 or 6 years, but the top one is the notification of the passing of a wonderful spirit. I didn't need Facebook to remind me of that. In fact I was doing just the same thing on this day last year, sitting in the same spot working on the same project just a year later. This angel touched so many people and changed the lives of everyone she talked to and smiled at. I can still see that smile, seeing how infectious it was to everyone that was around her. She taught me to never give up on anything and to keep dreaming no matter what. Thank you Sami for everything you gave us.
