As always, Chris Duarte and her team have done a terrific job with the modules! Service Cloud is one of my favorite Salesforce Cloud’s so that was naturally the first set of new badges I took for a spin. The module on Entitlement Management was especially timely as I’m going through that specific implementation for a large (current) project at work. Nicely played, Trailhead! ;-)
Quick note - don’t be alarmed if you were expecting to see a stand alone module on Milestones - they are covered under the “Setting up required support steps” module.
I like how they’re also hinting at future modules by greying them out and adding them below the existing modules. This is the first time I’ve noticed this and I’m glad that they are sharing what’s on deck! Next up for Service Cloud will be Knowledge and Live Agent - hopefully SOS won’t be far behind (presuming they don’t include it with Live Agent).
