i remembered gloves for deseeding and deribbing but then forgot about flipping and also forgot utensils for flipping and if i go inside for gloves and flipping i am less than certain i will return to an intact grill.

it's fine. i'll barely be touching them and it'll be easy to remember not to touch my face.

sierra attempted thievery, realized it was not in fact bell pepper but was angery cronchy green thing, went and hid on the deck.

zelda attempted thievery, realized it was angery cronchy green thing, left it on the ground.

samus saw cronchy (samus does not believe in angery foods. she'll eat habenero salsa. she countersurfed an entire brick of ghost pepper cheddar) green thing and went fuck yeah.

zelda decided no it was HER angery cronchy green thing and proceeded to bite a chunk off, mnbleuagh it off to the side, bite ahother chunk off, mnglwuaug it off to the side, (etc etc etc)...

...until she realized i was filming, so she started snorfing it down in case i took it away. genius dog is genius.

baby you can see the pepper detritus littering the area around you, you're not fooling anyone.

anyway also i discovered that a) the margarita thing i bought is fuckin delicious and b) i need to read labels because c) i was like hey no serving size so this must be single serving but no d) it was 375 mL of 12.5% and e) fuckin delicious and f) it was still real hot and i was on the grill and it was cold and g) fuckin delicious so h) i drank all of it way faster than i normally drink any kind of fluid which means...

...i am finishing the grill steadily chanting don't touch face don't touch face don't touch face because i already touched my lips and they are Warm Now and my eye is itchy from the evening wind but No Touching Face is my new mantra.

i started writing the tumblr post and now it's dark because it takes me twice as long for fixing typos on phone.
